Please
let us know which races you plan on running on this schedule, we will need a minimum of 2 cars to attend. We will expect a deposit of $1000 one month before we leave for an event. If you cancel before we leave, we will carry the deposit forward to the next event. If the entire $1000 is not used, we can carry the credit forward or refund the unsed portion.
We anticipate our mileage rate will be $1.00, $.90 per car for two cars and $.80 per mile for each car, 3 or more.Our daily track service rate will be based upon how much work was performed on your car and set up, not a flat rate. Loading/unloading is at Vic's hourly shop rate, currently $90. We will not haul gas, all gas must be purchased at the track. Our catering rate will be based on the grocery and beverage bills and divided by the number attending. It will be a minimum amount, our friends and guests will be carried by us. Our intent is to simply help pay for the supplies used.
